Good results, billing was confusing
The medical side has been great — semaglutide is working and I feel supported. The only hiccup was an unexpected charge on my second visit that took some back-and-forth to clarify. Once resolved, no issues.

Great results, premium pricing
Compounded peptide protocol has worked exactly as described. Provider is clearly experienced and the office is clean and modern. Pricing is on the higher end compared to telehealth-only clinics, but I prefer the in-person care.

The medical care is excellent and the results have been real. My only frustration is that scheduling follow-up appointments can take a couple of weeks. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the protocol works.
