About PeptideProbe
PeptideProbe is an independent directory and education site for peptide therapy. We maintain a vetted list of US clinics, publish research on peptide cost and access, and write long-form guides to the peptides patients actually ask about.
Who runs the site
Megan Williams
Megan Williams is Editor-in-Chief at PeptideProbe. She is responsible for editorial quality, source verification, and ensuring every clinical claim on the site is traceable to primary literature (peer-reviewed journals, FDA documentation, or ClinicalTrials.gov records). She reviews all peptide guides, cost research, and long-tail question content before publication.
Brian Williams
Brian Williams is co-founder of PeptideProbe and the site's research editor. He leads the directory data operations — provider identification, verification, peptide-offering audits — and is the principal investigator for the annual State of Peptide Therapy report. He also writes and fact-checks cost research and regulatory analysis.
How we approach medical content
Every peptide guide, cost page, and long-tail question on this site is written and reviewed by a named editor. We source claims to primary literature (peer-reviewed journals, FDA documentation, trial registrations) rather than to other content sites. Pages carry an update date and, where applicable, a list of sources so you can verify the claims we make.
We are not physicians, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We are editors and researchers writing about the evidence base for peptide therapies so patients can have better conversations with the clinicians who actually prescribe them. Our full review standards are documented in our editorial policy.
How the directory is built
Provider listings are built from public sources: clinic websites, state medical board records, and publicly listed provider credentials. We verify that the practice exists, has a valid website, and has licensed practitioners before publishing. The directory is not a certification — the "Verified" badge means we completed basic directory verification, not that we have independently validated clinical quality.
Some providers choose to pay for a premium listing that unlocks enhanced profile content and featured placement in search results. Paid listings are labeled as such on the directory pages where they appear. The underlying verification status is not for sale — see our editorial policy for the full disclosure of how we are compensated.
